The Sandugo (Blood Compact) Shrine

Baclayon Church
Built in 1727, Baclayon Church is one of the oldest churches in the Philippines. Inspired by its Neo Classical Architecture. On June 27, 1994 it was declared a National Heritage Site through Executive Order No. 260. The first Christian Mission at Bohol was started by the Jesuits on November 17, 1596. Which made me more proud to be an Atenean.

Tarsier
According to the caretaker of the tarsiers ones in their life lang sila nagkakaanak. And their eyes are very sensitive to the camera’s flash. So when we were there we really took extra care of them.

Cruisin' at Loboc River
That’s not actually the watercraft we were voyaging. It’s the boat which maneuvers the watercraft on the way to cruising the Loboc River. I must say that we have a romantic experience here. Parang gondolas ng Venice.
On our way back we got off the craft and mingled with the locals they were singing with their little guitars on them and dancing the tinikling.
Which then I also tried.
It was kinda different and happy experience. The feeling of trying it made me laugh more of myself. Thanks to my dadee for forcing me to try tinikling.

The man-made forest in Bilar, on the road to the Chocolate Hills
Super peaceful, calm and serene dito sa man-made forest ng Bohol. Talagang napakaganda. Parang ditto ata nagshoot ang Twilight. Hehe! Tulad din siya sa Quezon National Park (an alternative route going to Manila), ang pagkakaiba lang is that this are man-made. Galing no? Those trees around as are mahoganies, which are quite different from other mahoganies I saw in other places.

Chocolate Hills
Wooo, of course not. We ascend a 214 steps here in order to view the panoramic view of the nature’s chocos. The climb was worth it and splendid.

Meet Prony the Phyton
OKATOKAT! I thought hindi na kami pupunta dito kasi it’s getting late na. Pero nagulat ako when dadee turned his way to the famous, scary python in Bohol. Siya si Prony. Ang laki niya rin. Talagang sawa talaga siya. Hehe! We were given a chance to enter and have some pictures with him. Buti nalang Prony did not made us his meal, busog siya e. Hayyyyy!!! Grabe! Nakakatakot siya at first but ika nga we have to face our fears. Yun, ok naman pala, di naman pala nakakatakot, buti nalang I tried na lumapit and hawakan siya. Dadee was there naman in case worst things happen. Pero OK naman. I really have to thank my Dadee for this experience.

Sunset at Dauis
Sunset at Dauis. We took a rest for a while near the Dauis Church with the view of the sunset and the lake I think or a sea, talking ‘bout our future plans and all. We finally head to Ate Mai’s house for dinner. Got to meet Em and Aila, dadee’s nieces, and did I forgot Dark?
Hehe!

Magpapatalo ba si Dark? Hehe
Frenzy Dark that’s how I described him. Super playful and makulit. Sabi ni Dadee baby raw namin siya. Hehe! Dadee can’t resist his happiness when it comes to Dark.

At Panglao Island
So far the best beach I’ve seen. Sana next time we could go naman na sa Caramoan.

Sa duyan ng Bohol Beach Club

Mouthwatering foods at Dumaluan Beach Resort. Mmmmmm! Yummy!

Hinagdanan Cave
Hinagdanan Cave. In my opinion and as I see it, parang damage na masyado ang cave na ito. Di na nagkicrystalize yun mga stalactites and stalagmites. And the water parang di na rin malinis. How sad.

Lunch at Manoy Noli's Place (Dadee's Bro)
Left to right: Ate Mai, Me, Ms. Stacey, Ryan, Manoy Noli, Dadee’s Papa and Aila. Dadee is taking the shot. On the leftmost side is Megan. This was taken at The Prodigy a prep school manage by Mr. and Mrs. Manuelito Monungolh. Libre promote.
Hehe! It’s my first time here na kumain ng kinilaw na isda. At least.
I have lots of things to kwento here pero hay… next time na when my time permits. Lahat kayo bida.
Kaya no tampo ha?

Always Christmas ata sa Coralandia
Isa raw ito sa mga place were he unwinds with his friends. Disente raw and ok naman yun place. My view pa siya ng dagat and the moon light aside sa mga lanterns na nakasabit sa mga puno. Parang Christmas naman dito palagi. Hehe! Anyway, pinapakanta niya pala ko dito. E nahihiya naman ako, next time nalang.
Hehe

With Manong Val ready set for EAT Danao's The Suislide
Finally I’ve got to experience E.A.T. Danao. It stands for Extreme/Eco/Educational Adventure Tour. A new tourist destination at Bohol catering a different kind of adventure. Malayo ito sa city proper. We need to get up early to avoid queuing with long lines of other tourists craving for an extreme adventure. We get up at 3:30 AM to prepare our things, fetch Rheo, and as the sun rises we head now our way to Danao. We were very early then, we waited for our tour guide and to Rheo’s relative. May discount if may kasama kang residence dun. I’ve seen the receipts and it’s a 10% discount. Ok na din yun. Salamat nalang kay Rheo and his relatives.
Hehe! We tried the famous Suislide, The Plunge and the caving adventure at Ka Mira Cave. Manong Val also tried rappelling despite his ankle injury.
It was really a worthwhile adventure at Danao. Ito ang hinahanap ko na mga adventure and thank you Lord I got to deal with it.
By the way. I would like pala to thank those people who had been very extra careful for our safety at the EAT Danao Adventure. Buti nalang buhay pa kami
and we have next time to try other activities they offer such as the root climbing, wall climbing, bouldering, kayaking, river tubing, village tour, and organic farm visitation and kung ano pa bago. Sana maging feasible yun bungee jumping dito. Hehe! Please work on it po.
I want to try it too.
