32 Pass Real Estate Brokers Examination

The Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination was conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Bureau of Trade Regulation and Consumer Protection of the Department of Trade & Industry (BTRCP-DTI) last May 31, 2009 at the Makati University, Makati City. Of the almost 2,000 examinees nationwide, 55% passed the exam.

According to CRB Emily Delfin-Kalaw, Secretary of the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines (REBAP)- Camarines Sur & Naga City Chapter, out of 50 examinees from Camarines Sur and Naga City, 32 passed which is equivalent to 64%. The successful examinees who made it are: Godofredo A. Aguilar Jr., Ariel V. Alarcon, Filemon O. Baturiano Jr., Loida Burgos, Jose D. Co, Reinaldo B. Corre Jr., Alejandro R. Cortez, Crisostomo P. Gerardo III, Arsenio de Guzman Jr., Renee N. de la Rama-Panga, Lorena S. Felix, Angeline C. Filipino, Allan F. Florin, Alex A. Genio, Olivia S. Genio, Edwin L. Gueriva Jr., Godofredo B. Guzman, Rosario J. Juco, Edgardo B. Lorenzo, Carlo Antonio D. Marasigan, Remelisa Alfelor-Moraleda, Roland C. Moreno, Maria Lourdes L. Navera, Imelda B. Norberto, Cynthia S. Obias, Joe Mark S. Pardinas, Rianne P. Patacsil, Perfecto C. Perfecto, Lionel D. Relucio, Maria Sheila E. Salvo, Sherlene M. Uson, and Carlo V. Villanueva Jr.

The REBAP local chapter conducted the 6th Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar & Review (CRESR) last May 1-3, 2009 at the Villa Caceres Hotel, Naga City and facilitated by its officers headed by its President, Alejandro V. Arabia Jr., Vice President Jaime M. Kalaw Jr., Secretary Emily D. Kalaw, Treasurer Emma D. Ng, Directors Luzviminda C. Maristela, Salvador B. Naag, Clarita B. Padilla, and Immediate Past President Emeterio L. Aman.
