Hahahaha!!! After a hopeless thoughts of winning the game,  I ended up with lots of assets. Hahahaha!!! This was actually my first serious game playing the Monopoly and the results was I think fair.  Pahingalo lamang sa pag-adal-adal. More than 3 hours man. Hehe! Anyway, related man baga ni sa accounting, igwa pa real estate practice twist. Hahaha! Mortgaging my real properties, acquiring chance and community chest cards, paying 2,000,000 dollar tax rather than 10%, landing at the GO and collecting a $2,000,000 salary,  were my key to win this challenging game.   I mostly got a zero and even an overdraft account. But the good thing was that I choose not to file bankruptcy, marami pa kaya ako assets. And I have to use them at the operating cycle to have normal results.   Building 4 houses and 1 hotel at  Time Square get me back at the game. So having enough cash, I unmortgage all my mortgage properties, build another 4 houses and 1 hotel at Fenway and won over Jet Airplane.   Thank God I was able to own the Time Square at New York and Fenway Park at Boston, which has the highest fair market value at the board.  They were my salvaging assets. Kung akin lang talaga yang mga assets nayan. Hahahaha! Ang yaman ko na. Hehe!

Lesson learned: Kahit na sa tingin mo you are going to lose your game, just do your best to win it and use your knowledge and strategies. It’s just all in the mind na di mo kaya, pero ang totoo, kaya mo yan. Yes!!! Kayang kaya ko to! And hindi ako magpapatalo. I won’t give up. We are blessed with a thousand brain cells and we just have to make most of them work, wag lang natin na hayaan na di sila magfunction, hence mamatay, kasi sayang naman. Pero, wag padalos-dalos. Mag-isip ng maayos. This game took me almost 4 hours but the result was fair. And prove me that kung may tyaga talaga, may nilaga nga. Think positive and the rest will favor us. And wag talaga mag-give-up. As in.

My next prospect game… CASHFLOW 101 by Robert Kiyosaki… Sino magregalo sakin? Kahit wag na yun board kahit yun nadownload lang sa net na full version, wala kasi ako makita, puro may bayad. Gusto ko CashFlow… Gusto ko CashFlow… Waaaaaaahhhhh!!!! Harhar!!!
